We have a fantastic position for a Commis Chef in our new Hop Scotch restaurant at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.
Responsibilities
- Food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Preparing the ingredients for a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
