We have a fantastic position for a Chef de Partie at the brand new AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section within the kitchen and working closely with our team of chefs to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the standards.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of dishes in alliance with set procedures and recipes
- Team player with your kitchen & restaurant colleagues
- Reviewing ingredients and deliveries to make sure all products are top-notch
- Monitoring waste and portion
- Be a helping hand and creative brain for the Head Chef
- Up to date regarding all hygienic rules, safety rules and all HACCP regulations
