We seek a technically skilled caretaker to maintain the hotel’s high technical standards and quality. Responsibilities include:
- Controlling and monitoring ventilation and heating systems
- Executing weekly sprinkler tests
- Operating the MSR
- Implementing small repairs and painting work
- Supervising manual work during commissioned projects
- Reading meter readings
