  • Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and team player skills.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, hands on approach and reliable.
  • Excellent standards and able to follow the company’s brand standards.
  • Administering check-ins and check-outs.
  • Complete night audits.
  • Carry out all the necessary fire safety checks and patrol the grounds each night.
