Our Wholesale Replenishment Manager is accountable for ensuring optimal stock availability across Wholesale selling partners; leading replenishment activities, balancing inventory investment with service level requirements while driving strong customer availability. Our Wholesale Replenishment Manager drives process improvements with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships. This is an exciting and pivotal role in the business, providing leadership and development to a small team of direct reports as well as working cross functionally throughout the business. What you’ll be doing Own replenishment planning and execution across Wholesale selling partners ensuring optimum stock availability to deliver strong sales and profit. Line-manage and develop team members, providing coaching, performance feedback and clear direction. Manage maintenance and continuous improvement of replenishment parameters and processes within relevant business systems. Pro-actively identify and mitigate overstock,understock and BBE/shelf-life risks, working cross-functionally to minimise waste and markdown. Overseeing team activity to ensure Partner POs are fulfilled OTIF, meeting internal SLAsDeliver OTIF launch of seasonal ranges, new products, new store openings and promotional events. Provide performance and risk reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement across replenishment processes, reporting, automation and workflow simplification. Build strong cross-functional relationships with Production, Warehouse, Account Managers, Finance, Demand Planning and external stakeholders as required. Responsible for internal customer service with selling channel stakeholders.
