Hotel Chocolat in Royston is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join the Property Development & Facilities team on a permanent basis. You will help maximise value of our multi-site store portfolio, manage leases, negotiate with landlords and reduce occupancy costs.
Reporting to the Head of Property & Facilities, you will support a five-year strategy, collaborate with operations and finance, and build strong external relationships while ensuring stores stay compliant and operational.
