As we continue our mission to make people and nature happy through chocolate, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail stores. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with store teams and colleagues across the business, helping to coordinate retail activities, maintain key systems and processes, and provide administrative and analytical support. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our stores have the information, communication and operational support they need to deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve commercial success. Supporting the maintenance and improvement of retail systems and processes. Coordinating reports and information to support inventory management and resolve stock-related issues. Supporting the implementation of operational policies, procedures and company initiatives across our stores. Coordinating key activities and critical paths for new store openings, refurbishments and other retail projects.
