We are looking for a
Sales Advisor who will be a true brand ambassador. You do not need prior retail experience; we only need a commitment to passion, enthusiasm and customer focus.
You’ll love sharing our products with customers with a warm, personal touch, ensuring that an amazing customer experience is delivered through excellent product and brand knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome each customer and immerse them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
- Discover customers’ needs and reasons for visiting through friendly conversation.
- Delight customers with product demonstrations and tasting sessions, checking for allergens throughout the visit.
- Close sales and confidently recommend additional products such as gift bags.
- Thank customers for shopping with us, making sure they leave happy.
- Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
- Respond to customer feedback.
- Assist the team with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area clear and tidy in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain the appearance of the store and café areas to a high standard.
- Prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks according to guidelines, keeping the area immaculately clean. Upsell where appropriate given the pace of the café.
- Support the success of the store and team wherever possible.
