To join us as a Sales Advisor, you don’t need retail experience to work here, just a commitment to being a true brand ambassador who is passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused.
What You’ll be doing:
- Warmly welcoming every customer and immersing them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
- Discovering your customers’ needs and reason for their visit through friendly conversation.
- Delighting your customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring to check for allergens throughout your time with them.
- Closing the sale and confidently recommending additional products such as gift bags.
- Genuinely thanking your customer for shopping with us, ensuring they leave happy.
- Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
- Responding to customer feedback.
- Working with your team to support with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area clear and tidy in line with our health and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining the appearance of the store and café areas to a high standard.
- If your store has a café area, preparing hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to our guidelines and processes whilst keeping the area immaculately clean.
- Focusing on upselling to your customers in the café.
- Supporting the success of your store and team.
