This role is perfect for someone with a warm and welcoming personality, a natural flair for hospitality, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Your Role:
As a Guest Relations Coordinator , you will act as a true ambassador of Hotel Café Royal, promoting a feeling of comfort, sophistication and friendliness throughout the hotel. You will be a visible and approachable presence in both of our elegant lobbiesgreeting guests, getting to know them, and ensuring their stay is seamless from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Check and update Amenity Forecast ensuring any updates and changes are recorded accurately including new VIP reservations, removing cancelled bookings and making sure room numbers are accurate.
