The

Role: As a Bar Supervisor within the Green bar, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of drinks and presentation, and leading the bar team.

The role combines hands-on bartending with supervisory, operational, and leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities: Lead and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and other bar staff during shifts.

Open and close the bar according to company procedures.

Ensure consistently high standards of cocktails, drinks, service, cleanliness, and presentation.

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages to a high standard.

Train and coach new and existing team members.

Allocate duties, manage breaks, and coordinate the team during busy periods.
