What you\’ll do
As a Development Baker, you will:
- Provide exceptional food and service.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and cooking, exceeding hotel standards and guest expectations.
- Create a seamless brand experience for our guests.

What you\’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of 5-star kitchen processes and operations.
- Understanding of bread, viennoiserie, and fermented doughs.
- Knowledge of hospitality legislation, health and safety, licensing, and employment law.
- Experience in menu development, installation, and training.
- Skills in ordering systems, costing, and yield management.
- Respect for equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
- Strong communication skills.
