What you’ll do:
As a Concierge at Mayfair Park Residences, you will be the trusted point of contact for our residents, delivering personalized and seamless service. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and discreet environment where residents feel supported and valued. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, understanding their preferences, and tailoring services accordingly.
- Acting as the main liaison between residents and the Building Manager, ensuring professional communication.
- Responding promptly to resident requests, assisting with reservations, in-home support, and more.
- Overseeing administrative duties such as mail and parcel distribution, maintaining logs, and record-keeping.
- Assisting in property presentations to potential tenants and working with management to showcase the Residences.
- Managing requests for handyman services, maintenance issues, parking, and building access.
- Providing thoughtful solutions and resolving operational challenges with discretion.
You will be a calm and trusted presence, ensuring residents' needs are met with warmth, discretion, and a five-star service ethic.
