We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in the evenings and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Working pattern: Evenings/ 40 hours per week
Salary: up to 31,000 per year including service charge
Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Checking and inspecting up to 60 rooms per shift.
- Assisting in the training of team members.
- Inputting and monitoring room status in the computer system throughout the shift.
- Preparing and allocating Room Attendants sections and porter duties.
- Assisting in the control and issuing of keys.
- Helping in the preparation of rotas to ensure there is adequate cover at all times.
- Directly supervising team members.
