You’ll own the client relationship and the plan whilst bringing our technical departments and trusted freelancers together to create the conditions for successful shoots.
ABOUT HOTCAM

Our work spans music, entertainment, live and as-live events, multicamera, fixed-rig, OB and systems-led productions: a varied, complex and genuinely interesting slate. We’re known for our high standards of service and problem-solving, and for the positive, friendly, solutions-focused community we build on location and at our warehouses in London and Glasgow. Our approach is underpinned by forward planning, attention to detail and a strong sense of community across the creative industries.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Manage quotes, billing and job close commercially.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

They will thrive under pressure and understand that it’s planning ahead that underpins a successful shoot. Planning is an art and a skill in its own right, and we want people who actively look ahead and are proactive, very organised, collaborative and resourceful problem-solvers who engage openly with clients and revel in finding solutions, whether ahead of the production or out on location.
- Project management experience, ideally in broadcast, OB or live, or strong transferable experience and the appetite to step into a busy working environment.
- Production and technical literacy in OB, multicamera or systems work to plan and brief clearly.
- Confident coordinating crew, working with clients to build call sheets, and dealing with suppliers and logistics.
- Useful but not essential: A network of broadcast freelancers and producers; quoting and commercial experience; a full driving licence.
WHAT WE OFFER
£34,000–£48,000, depending on experience. Office-based at our West London HQ in Acton. A central role on some of the UK’s best known and ambitious OB, live and unscripted productions, with strong technical teams behind you.
