The role

The Resource Coordinator sits within the Technical Resources Desk and plays a central role in how projects move through the business. You’ll support the set‑up, tracking and resourcing of jobs, ensuring equipment is available, information is accurate and teams are aligned. The role connects Project Management, Kit Room, Logistics and suppliers. Projects develop quickly and details evolve; the role is about maintaining clarity and control as that happens.

What you’ll be doing

  • Setting up and maintaining jobs in the booking system
  • Keeping job information accurate and up to date
  • Monitoring equipment availability and flagging issues early
  • Coordinating cross‑hire with suppliers
  • Tracking asset movement with Goods In and the Kit Room
  • Supporting communication across teams
