We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organised and curious Project & Partnerships Manager to join our team part-time and help steer several client-facing projects. You’ll be embedded within one of our key client relationships, working closely with their internal teams to manage deliverables, timelines, and research-heavy work streams.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, is a natural communicator, and knows how to get things over the line without losing sight of the details.
The ideal candidate will be based in our Head Office in Deansgate, Manchester and some weeks will be required to travel to Chester one day a week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multiple concurrent projects from inception to delivery, scoping, planning, tracking, reporting.
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis to support project development and strategic recommendations.
- Acting as the day-to-day point of contact between our team and the client, ensuring communication is smooth, clear and productive.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to keep things moving and remove blockers.
- Preparing reports, summaries, and documentation that bring clarity and value to all involved.
- Helping to shape project processes that are lean, effective and adaptable.
- Attend virtual and on-site meetings with key contacts to go through actions and ensure we are aligned on project timelines.
- Maintaining project plans and ensuring accountability.
- Managing project budgets (P&Ls) and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule, flagging potential overruns early and propose solutions.
- Supporting in identifying risks and dependencies.
- Ensuring all aspects of your work meets quality standards expected by the client.
- Reaching out to potential partnership contacts and bringing them on board
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with all current and ongoing partnerships
