The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
Join a leading platform and help shape the future of hospitality! As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing new business in, helping hospitality venues increase their visibility and grow their presence through our innovative multi-site venue listing platform. You will also build relationships with companies supporting them with any corporate event planning. This role will involve face-to-face and virtual meetings. You will be based in your territory and have a great knowledge of the area and businesses within it.
- Sales & Relationship Building: Client Acquisition, Market Development, Industry Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network, identify prospects, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Support the Event Sales Team: Work closely with the Event Sales Team to understand client needs and help provide venue options. Assist in making the booking process smoother, ensuring the team can secure corporate events and deliver great customer experiences.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline progression, and market feedback to the Sales Director.
Proven success in a business development or sales role, ideally within the hospitality industry or related sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in building long-term client relationships.
