As UK Brand Homes Manager, you will lead our soon‑to‑launch Northern Brand Home and oversee our established London Brand Home. You will set the benchmark for world‑class visitor experiences, drive commercial performance, and ensure our UK sites reflect the prestige, heritage, and ambition of the global brand.
This is a role for a polished, commercially astute, visionary leader based in Manchester, with regular travel to London, someone who can significantly drive strategic influence, commercial accountability, and brand visibility. Your Role
- Strategic Leadership & Brand Stewardship
- Lead the experience strategy across both sites, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the heritage, values, and global brand standards.
- Lead the development of premium guest experiences and act as a senior brand ambassador with key stakeholders and high-profile visitors.
- Shape and evolve the UK brand home experience blueprint, including storytelling, tasting formats, premium experiences, and VIP hosting.
- Shape long-term strategy and innovation for the UK brand homes, influencing future growth and site development.
- Multi‑Site Operational Excellence
- Lead and develop local managers across both locations, fostering consistent leadership and culture.
- Establish operational standards, compliance frameworks, and best‑in‑class processes.
- Oversee the creation of a new bar proposition in the Northern Brand Home, ensuring it enhances the visitor journey and commercial performance.
- Lead the evolution of systems, processes, and operational efficiencies as the business scales, ensuring both sites remain best in class.

- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning for both sites with accountability for revenue, profitability, and cost control.
