The Design Manager will oversee the end to end lifecycle of construction projects, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery. Key responsibilities include managing design development, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing BIM and documentation processes, and providing support for tender submissions. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail to manage the intricacies of construction design effectively.
