We are looking for a highly capable and strategic General Manager, Corporate Planning to lead the Corporate Planning function. The role is responsible for driving corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across business units and regions, and delivering group-level performance outcomes. You will serve as key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring disciplined execution across the organization. The role requires a strong balance of strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and governance, particularly in a fast-growing, multi-country environment with IPO ambition. Key Responsibilities Corporate Strategy drive alignment between company goals, departmental strategies, and operational execution; ensure strategic priorities are clearly defined, communicated, and implemented across the organization. KPI Governance monitor group-wide financial performance and drive accountability across functions; present performance insights, risks, and recommendations to the senior management team. Management Reporting support CEO and executive team in data-driven decision-making; ensure clarity, consistency, and timeliness of reporting across all business units. Cross-Functional drive alignment and execution across multiple countries and business units; facilitate management meetings and ensure follow-through on key decisions. Strategic Project drive projects related to IPO readiness, corporate governance, and process standardization; identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements. Team Leadership set clear priorities, KPIs, and development plans for team members; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Requirements 8–15+ years of experience in Corporate Planning, Strategy, Consulting, or related leadership roles. Proven experience working closely with CEO / senior leadership team. Experience in multi-country / regional roles is highly preferred. Exposure to IPO, governance, or corporate restructuring is a strong advantage. Strong business communication skills in English. Excellent analytical and financial acumen. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. High ownership and ability to drive cross-functional outcomes.
