We are hiring confident Guest Experience Associates to deliver a high-energy, premium dining experience. This role is about guiding guests, making strong recommendations, upselling food and drinks, and ensuring guests feel looked after in our QR-led ordering environment.
- Welcome and engage guests
- Guide them through the QR menu
- Recommend signature dishes and high-ticket items
- Upsell naturally
- Support smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean, organised section
You will also be comfortable taking part in social media content such as short videos or photos during service when required. We are looking for confident, friendly, well-presented team players who enjoy engaging with guests and aren’t afraid to upsell. Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential — attitude matters most.
