Hot Futures, is an established independent London eyewear brand with a loyal London based customer base and a growing international following. We are currently planning an upcoming launch in Australia with a view to expansion in Europe and the US in 2026. Offering both sunglasses and optical services, Hot Futures is now ready to scale its digital presence to support the brand’s growth, while elevating its London stores.

About the Role

This is a pivotal, hands-on role for a marketer who can blend creative storytelling and strategy, with performance marketing expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to shape the future success of the brand with the help of our small but dynamic retail team. You will be given real responsibility and opportunity to meaningfully grow our digital presence, make big picture strategic decisions and help shape the future of Hot Futures.

You’ll take ownership of our ecommerce growth across Meta, Google Search and Email, crafting and executing full-funnel strategies, from concept to conversion and retention. You’ll be instrumental in building our digital marketing function from the ground up, introducing scalable, effective and brand-aligned acquisition systems. You will work closely with the team to digitally elevate and improve the full customer journey from store visits to website UX.

We’re looking for someone who can show a track record of building profitable funnels through creative commercial thinking and a strong grounding in performance marketing strategies for alignable fashion D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver full-funnel marketing strategies across Meta, Google and Email that drive awareness, traffic and conversion.
  • Build and manage Meta Ads, Google Search and Shopping campaigns directly, optimising for ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
  • Create and manage email flows and campaigns that nurture and retain our community.
  • Lead digital marketing strategies for new product and collection launches online, building campaign narratives and ad structures that tell our story while delivering results.
  • Partner with the creative team to concept, brief and test performance-focused ad content that stays true to our brand aesthetic.
  • Track and interpret key metrics across Shopify, Meta and Google — using data to guide next steps and make actionable improvements over time.
  • Establish scalable systems for ecommerce marketing operations, setting the groundwork for future growth and international expansion.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce or performance marketing, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Confident running Meta and Google Ads directly, with a strong understanding of audiences, creative testing and campaign structure.
  • Creative and strategic but hands-on and able to build effective marketing flows and systems that deliver immediate impact.
  • Able to translate data into actionable insights which will materially grow digital performance in a consistent and sustainable way.
  • Passionate about brand and storytelling with an understanding and track record of demonstrating how you’ve delivered creativity and conversion hand in hand.
  • Able to identify areas to improve our digital performance and bring forward actionable solutions to these areas.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo/Mailchimp (or similar platforms).
  • Excited to grow digital channels from a low base into a major revenue driver.

Why Join Us

  • Play a leading role in shaping the digital future of an energetic, creative and dynamic London brand.
  • Build our ecommerce and marketing systems from the ground up, with genuine ownership and creative input.
  • Be part of a design-led, close-knit team expanding internationally.
  • Competitive salary £45,000–£55,000 DOE, plus performance bonus linked to online growth.
  • Hybrid working and staff discount.

How to Apply

If you are an experienced applicant who is or has previously worked at a higher executive level we would still be interested to hear from you.
