- Partner with the creative team to concept, brief and test performance-focused ad content that stays true to our brand aesthetic.
- Track and interpret key metrics across Shopify, Meta and Google — using data to guide next steps and make actionable improvements over time.
- Establish scalable systems for ecommerce marketing operations, setting the groundwork for future growth and international expansion.

- Confident running Meta and Google Ads directly, with a strong understanding of audiences, creative testing and campaign structure.
- Creative and strategic but hands-on and able to build effective marketing flows and systems that deliver immediate impact.
- Able to translate data into actionable insights which will materially grow digital performance in a consistent and sustainable way.
- Passionate about brand and storytelling with an understanding and track record of demonstrating how you’ve delivered creativity and conversion hand in hand.
- Able to identify areas to improve our digital performance and bring forward actionable solutions to these areas.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo/Mailchimp (or similar platforms).
- Excited to grow digital channels from a low base into a major revenue driver.

- Play a leading role in shaping the digital future of an energetic, creative and dynamic London brand.
- Build our ecommerce and marketing systems from the ground up, with genuine ownership and creative input.
- Be part of a design-led, close-knit team expanding internationally.
