Hours:Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary:£28,808 per year
Hot and Coldis a unique, high street wellness centre offering private use of our cutting-edge infrared saunas and cold plunge pods. We\'re all about helping people feel better – physically, mentally and emotionally – through contrast therapy. We\'re now looking for a warm, reliable and qualifiedHot and Cold Hostto join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
- Greet customers and handle check-in/check-out with calm professionalism and warmth
- Manage bookings and ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare and maintain the wellness pods – including sauna and cold plunge areas – to the highest hygiene and presentation standards
- Support clients in understanding how to use the equipment safely and effectively
- Be an ambassador for theHot and Coldexperience
Who you are:
- Friendly, reliable, and confident communicating with customers
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Passionate about wellness, recovery, and customer care
Qualifications (preferred):
Oneof the following:
- CIBTAC Spa Therapy Diploma
Great to have:
- First Aid certificate
- Experience working in spa, gym or wellness environments
- Familiarity with booking systems and basic admin
