About HostUplift

HostUplift helps property owners unlock the full potential of their holiday lets. Whether it’s a cosy countryside Airbnb or a growing portfolio of short stays, we take the stress out of hosting – driving higher occupancy, better guest reviews, and smarter pricing. We combine tech with hands-on support to make life easier for hosts while giving guests a brilliant experience. We’re still in the early stages, but growing fast.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll work closely with the founder and get exposure to all areas of the business – from client operations and platform management to sales support and internal processes.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding & Support: Help new hosts get set up and check in regularly to offer guidance on listings, pricing, and guest experience.
  • Operations & Admin: Improve internal systems, keep everything running smoothly, and manage key documents and processes.
  • Sales & Outreach Support: Help identify and reach out to potential new hosts, attend viewings, and join meetings where needed.
  • Platform Performance: Monitor performance using tools like Airbnb, Booking.com and PriceLabs, and suggest ways to optimise results.
  • Issue Resolution: Be a first point of contact for technical or operational questions and help resolve problems quickly.
  • Strategic Projects: Assist on new ideas, experiments, and projects to improve the service.

Who We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to know everything – we’re after someone bright, curious, and ready to get stuck in. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who’s excited to work at a startup and grow quickly.

You’ll fit in if:

  • You graduated in 2024 or 2025.
  • You’re organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • You enjoy speaking with people and solving problems.
  • You’re confident communicating over email and on the phone.
  • You have an interest in tech, travel, hospitality or property.
  • You’re based in London or able to work from our London office 3 days a week.

Any previous experience in a customer-facing, operations, hospitality, or retail role is a plus – but not essential.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary: Entry-level.
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in-office, 2 remote.
  • Package: £28k + bonus.
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays.
  • Progression: Opportunities to grow into ops, strategy, partnerships or client success.

Why HostUplift?

This isn’t a faceless corporate grad scheme. It’s a chance to join a growing startup, learn fast, and have real impact from day one. If you’re ready to grow your career in a role that mixes people, process, and property – we’d love to hear from you.
