Description
We are seeking a hardworking and innovative candidate to gain real-world experience in a client-facing role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual at the start of their operations career to own projects from conception to completion and make a tangible impact on our internal processes.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a pipeline of projects end-to-end with high accuracy, while also taking initiative to improve company processes beyond the onboarding scope.
They will play a key role in shaping our workflows and will have the opportunity to see their contributions implemented.
Key Duties
- Manage comprehensive onboarding projects from the initial activation call to the final handover to an account manager.
- Ensure clients are fully informed and address all inquiries promptly.
- Oversee the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance current operations.
- Monitor the short-term rental (STR) market to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct seamless activation sessions with a diverse range of clients, from experienced operators to first-time hosts.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to facilitate the smooth transition of clients and their STR businesses.
- A recent graduate or early-career individual.
- Ability to commute to our central London office three days a week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in communicating with clients via phone, online meetings, or in-person.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the business area is not essential but considered a plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, review performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve listings and revenue.
