What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of clients, each with a range of properties, acting as their main point of contact and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Manage the marketing of your clients’ properties, ensuring each listing is presented in the best possible light, positioned correctly across online platforms, and reaching maximum visibility to drive bookings.
- Manage the pricing of your clients’ properties, optimising rates to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Analyse data and market trends, including local competitor activity, demand patterns, and seasonal shifts, to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Keep on top of how the market is performing and share clear, actionable insights with your clients to help them get the most out of their properties.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination across your property portfolio.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure operational requirements are set up seamlessly.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively, resolving time-sensitive operational challenges as they arise.

This is a hybrid role in which some remote work will be offered after a successful probation period. Successful candidate(s) will be expected to work from our central London office for a minimum of three days per week.
