Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets on WHMCS.
  • Respond to and resolve live chat inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer support at all times.
  • Assist and encourage users during a purchase on the website or over the phone.
  • Answer phone calls using appropriate software.

  • Basic experience or knowledge in hosting solutions and customer support.
