Responsibilities:
- Full reception service, check‑in/out, handling customer enquiries.
- Cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Basic catering tasks.
- Adaptable to changing workloads and priorities during busy periods.
- Communicate well with guests and support co‑workers; some team members live in the hostel.
Qualifications:
- One satisfactory reference.
- Recent Basic Disclosure clearance.
