Position: Night Duty Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision, health and safety, and security of our guests, team members, and the building during the night.
- Maximise sales opportunities through retail and drink service at night.
- Be part of a relatively small close-knit team, supporting and respecting each other to maintain team morale and create a positive environment for both guest and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Good level of management and leadership skills.
- Experience of night working or as a night duty supervisor including fire and emergency evacuation safety procedures.
- Being a personal licence holder would be advantageous.
