Position: Night Duty Supervisor

Location: Inverness Youth Hostel, (IV2 3QB)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract, Provisional start date ASAP until 01/Nov/2026

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Accommodation: This is a Live Out Position

Responsibilities

  • Provide overnight supervision, health and safety, and security of our guests, team members, and the building during the night.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through retail and drink service at night.
  • Be part of a relatively small close-knit team, supporting and respecting each other to maintain team morale and create a positive environment for both guest and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Good level of management and leadership skills.
  • Experience of night working or as a night duty supervisor including fire and emergency evacuation safety procedures.
  • Being a personal licence holder would be advantageous.
