Position: Night Duty Supervisor
Location: Inverness Youth Hostel, (IV2 3QB)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract From 01/Apr/2025 until 31/Oct/2025
Hours per week: 35 hpw
Salary: £12.21 per hour

From cities to islands, beaches to hills or mountains and all points in between, our youth hostels provide the perfect base for field trips, activity breaks or cultural tours.
Hostelling is open to all. We are a non-profit charity and we take our responsibilities seriously, helping guests of all ages and backgrounds to discover and experience all that is Scotland.
As a Night Duty Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our night-time operation, providing overnight supervision, and health and safety and security of our guests, team members and the building during the night as well as maximising sales opportunities through retail and drink service at night.
Good level of management and leadership skills, experience of night working or as a night duty supervisor including fire and emergency evacuation safety procedures, and being a personal licence holder would be advantageous.
You will be part of a relatively small close-knit team. It is therefore essential that all members are capable and willing to support and respect each other, maintaining team morale to create a positive environment for both guest and employee experience.
