About This Role

As a Senior Product Manager for our Mobile App, you\’ll play a key role in shaping the future of how property managers use Hostaway on the go. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our mobile app, ensuring it meets the needs of our core users: property managers, owners, and cleaners. You\’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver a seamless and efficient mobile experience that helps our users manage their day-to-day operations with ease. To be successful in this role, you will need to empathize with our customers and be involved in user research.

What You Will Do

• Develop and champion a product vision and roadmap for the Hostaway Mobile App aligned with company strategy.
• Conduct customer research to understand user needs and pain points, translating insights into product requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive mobile experiences.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about trends in mobile product management and the vacation rental industry.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Proven success in launching and iterating on mobile products.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional mobile teams from ideation to launch.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working remotely with teams.
• Passion for mobile-first, user-centric design, and the vacation rental industry (preferred).
