We're looking for a driven and highly skilled Section Engineer to join our team delivering the Marine Bulk Import Facility – a major marine construction project supporting the build of Sizewell C. This is a rare opportunity to work on a complex, high‑profile scheme involving marine piling, modular construction, and a 463m‑long jetty installation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading daily site engineering activities to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery
- Managing and mentoring Site Engineers
- Preparing contract documentation and ensuring approvals are in place prior to mobilisation
- Maintaining accurate site records, ITPs, red‑line drawings and quality submissions
- Supporting the Construction and Commercial Teams with progress reporting, forecasts and cost data
- Ensuring risks, actions and project deliverables are tracked, closed out and continuously improved
- Producing 3‑week look‑ahead programmes and working closely with planning teams
- Driving best practice across Safety, Quality and Sustainability
- Collaborating with preconstruction, design, plant, commercial and operations teams to deliver efficiently and effectively
You Bring:
- Experience in piling, ground engineering, marine construction and temporary works
- Experience working within NEC contract environments
- Confident people manager with the ability to mentor and develop engineering staff
- Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
- Ability to solve problems, advise senior management and drive performance
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Projects
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification (MICE, MIStructE)
- Valid CSCS and SMSTS
