Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Celebrity Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent management within the entertainment industry and possess a proven ability to develop and execute creative strategies tailored to individual talents. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and high-profile roster, providing creative freedom and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
\\t•\\tClient Representation: Manage and represent a portfolio of celebrity clients across various entertainment sectors, ensuring their professional goals are met and exceeded.
\\t•\\tCreative Strategy Development: Craft and implement personalised creative strategies for each talent, enhancing their brand and expanding their market presence.
\\t•\\tIndustry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, including casting producers, TV executives, media outlets, and brand partners, to secure opportunities for clients. The successful candidate will have a well-established network and their own black book of contacts.
\\t•\\tContract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions. Review agreements with a keen eye for detail, carefully assessing terms to protect clients’ best interests and mitigating potential risks.
\\t•\\tPublic Relations (PR) Experience: Must have experience working with the press, securing media coverage, and managing public-facing narratives for high-profile clients. An understanding of media dynamics, crisis management, and brand storytelling is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in fostering relationships with key journalists, editors, and media outlets to maximise exposure and opportunities for clients.
\\t•\\tMarket Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges to proactively position clients.
\\t•\\tTeam Collaboration: Work closely with company Directors and the wider team, including PR, marketing, and legal, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Key Qualifications:
\\t•\\tExperience: Minimum of 2 years in talent management, preferably within the entertainment industry.
\\t•\\tStrategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative strategies tailored to individual talents.
\\t•\\tIndustry Relationships: Established network of industry contacts, with own black book of contacts, including casting producers, TV executives, journalists, media professionals, and brand decision-makers, with the ability to build upon these relationships.
\\t•\\tNegotiation Skills: Proven track record in negotiating contracts and securing advantageous deals for clients.
\\t•\\tCommunication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients.
\\t•\\tOrganisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Salary:
