What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a great student experience – responding to maintenance requests quickly, keeping the site safe and ensuring students feel at home.
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs – tackling plumbing, electrics, carpentry, and general fixes to keep everything in top condition.
- Keeping communal areas and rooms at their best – making sure shared spaces and student rooms are well‑maintained and fully functional.
- Prioritising health & safety – completing compliance checks, carrying out fire alarm and water system tests and ensuring all areas are secure.
- Working as part of a team – collaborating with contractors, housekeepers and management to keep the site running efficiently.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, facilities or a handyman role.
- A strong understanding of plumbing, electrics and general repairs.
- A customer‑focused mindset and a friendly, can‑do attitude.
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexibly as part of a team.
