We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team.
This full‑time role offers a salary of £30,000‑£32,000, reflecting experience and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social and print.
- Maintain and optimise website content and landing pages using Word Press, ensuring accuracy and SEO/GEO optimisation.
- Manage and refresh listings on third‑party property portals such as Rightmove, Stu Rents and My Student Halls.
- Support SEO/GEO and paid media strategies across Google and paid social to drive traffic and conversions.
- Assist in briefing and creation of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets and advertising campaigns.
- Write content, including blogs, website copy and campaign communications.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across Host and Habito channels.
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather local insights to inform marketing activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and support Marketing Managers with reporting.
- Coordinate yearly projects across properties, including promotional items, print and signage.
- Liaise with on‑site teams, photographers and videographers, including supporting shoots and content capture.
- Handle purchase orders, process invoices and support the wider marketing team with admin and project work.
- Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in property, hospitality or youth‑focused sectors.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM/email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Passion for community‑building and understanding of Gen Z audiences.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with a desire to achieve outstanding results and continuously learn.
- Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive nature and ability to work on own initiative.
