We are on the lookout for a brand new Area Manager to be the heart of our student community in Trust House/Northernhay House/The Northfield, Exeter. This is a full‑time permanent on‑site position, working 40 per week on a fixed shift pattern basis. Shifts are typically scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9am‑5.30pm with a 30‑minute paid lunch break included for shifts over six hours. The role offers a salary of £45,000.00 reflective of experience and responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Property Manager, you’ll be the go‑to person for everything on site. You’ll lead a team, keep things running smoothly and ensure our students have an amazing place to live. Your role will include:
- Building a buzzing student community – creating a welcoming and safe environment where students feel at home.
- Leading and developing a great team – inspiring those around you to deliver top‑notch service.
- Keeping operations on point – from ensuring the site looks its best to statutory compliance, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Driving occupancy and revenue – helping make our site the place to be, working closely with universities and local partners.
- Managing budgets and financial performance – keeping an eye on the numbers while delivering a great experience.
