We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Central Marketing Team.
This hybrid role requires two days a week in our London office, with flexibility for home working and regular travel as required.
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00am‑17:30pm. Salary £55,000–£60,000, reflective of experience and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across PBSA and co‑living portfolios to support occupancy, revenue, and brand objectives.
- Own digital performance across the full funnel, from demand generation through to conversion.
- Manage in‑house paid media activity across Google Ads, Meta, and Tik Tok, including campaign strategy, targets, and optimisation.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager on paid media budgets, monitoring spend, performance and ROI.
- Lead SEO/GEO strategy and website optimisation across Word Press, ensuring content, UX and landing pages support conversion goals.
- Use GA4, Microsoft Clarity and platform‑specific tools to report on performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Own CRM management, campaign delivery, nurture journeys, segmentation, automation, and reporting.
- Lead AI integration into marketing and customer journey workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Line‑manage and develop the Google PPC Executive and Social Media & Events Executive.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Onsite teams to ensure digital activity supports local and national objectives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally in‑house.
- Strong hands‑on experience across paid media including Google Ads, Meta and Tik Tok.
- Solid understanding of SEO, GEO, website optimisation and CRO best practice.
- Experience managing CRM activity, customer journeys and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into action.
- Experience managing budgets and optimising spend for performance.
- Line management experience or strong mentoring capability.
- Highly organised, commercially focused approach and confidence working at pace.
- Experience in PBSA, co‑living, property, hospitality or similarly fast‑moving sectors is advantageous.
