Host, based in Coventry, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the heart of our student community at Gosford Gate and Sky Blue Point. This full-time, on-site role offers 40 hours per week on a fixed pattern, typically Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch.
You will welcome students and visitors, handle enquiries with empathy, assist with bookings, rent collection, and administrative tasks, while helping to create a thriving, safe, and inclusive living environment.
