Host & Stay is a rapidly growing short‑stay property management company that lists and manages properties across 60+ platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com. We handle marketing, revenue optimisation, property and guest management, and generate income for homeowners with a hands‑free service.
We are seeking business partners who are passionate about property, possess strong local knowledge, and are ambitious entrepreneurs or experienced property professionals in lettings or estate agencies. Ideal partners have experience in property, tourism, hospitality, or sales.
Our partnership models provide you with the knowledge, support, and infrastructure to build a multiple‑income‑stream portfolio without doing all the work yourself. We help grow a portfolio of properties across your hometown and beyond.
We offer two partnership routes:
- Franchise Partnership: Open your own short‑let management company with backing from the Host & Stay brand and established network.
- License Partnership: Existing estate or letting agencies can enhance their growth into a new market segment and operate independently while using our brand and intellectual property.
Ongoing Support includes:
