We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a high-end, food-led pub in Windsor, part of a respected and growing independent group. The kitchen focuses on seasonal British cuisine, combining accessible classics with more refined dishes for adventurous diners. The menu follows a strong nose-to-tail ethos, with everything prepared in-house, including weekly butchery of whole rare-breed carcasses sourced directly from some of the UK's best farmers.

- Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the brigade, maintain exceptional food standards and support the development of the junior team.
