Host Staffing is proud to be working in partnership with an exciting and truly unique venue in Winchester to recruit a talented and driven Head Chef. This is not your typical kitchen role. The site blends a high-volume daytime café operation with a dynamic events space, hosting live music, weddings, and private functions alongside a strong breakfast and lunch trade from Monday to Saturday.
The Role
- Overseeing a busy breakfast and lunch service
- Planning and executing menus for private events and functions
- Managing kitchen operations around a varied and evolving events calendar
- Driving standards, systems, and team development
What We're Looking For
- A current Head Chef or strong Events Head Chef ready to step up
- Experience in high-volume daytime service (brunch/breakfast-led operations ideal)
- Exposure to events, weddings, or banqueting is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- A hands-on approach with a passion for fresh, quality food
