We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join a stunning countryside gastro pub in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills in a high-quality kitchen, working with seasonal ingredients and producing beautifully presented dishes in a refined yet relaxed environment. You will be working to a high standard of cookery under the guidance of an excellent Head Chef with a background at Michelin and 3 Rosette level, offering a brilliant platform to progress your career.
The Package
- £34,000 salary
- Approximately £8,000 tronc share per year
- 48 hours per week
- 4 days on / 4 days off rota (including evenings and weekends)
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across the kitchen. You'll be:
- Running a section during service with confidence and consistency
- Supporting senior chefs with prep and service
- Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
- Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining a clean and organised section
