We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, high-end private members' venue in West London, seeking a Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager to join their established hospitality team. This role is suited to a confident, service-led operator who can lead from the front on the floor while also developing their management and administrative skillset within a structured, professional environment.
The Package
- Salary: £34,500 - £39,000 (based on experience)
- 40-hour contract (excellent work-life balance)
- Paid overtime
- Performance bonus scheme (up to approx. 4% of salary)
- Additional event bonus (one week's salary)
- Members gratuity bonus (circa £800 at Christmas)
- 33 days annual leave
- Bank holidays: Day in lieu
- Paid at time and a half (£32.44 per hour)

The Role
- Support the management team across restaurant, bar, and event operations
- Lead service on the floor, ensuring exceptional member and guest experience
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple outlets
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
- Support the delivery of private events and large-scale annual functions
- Contribute to staff training, development, and performance standards
- Gain exposure to back-office responsibilities including rotas, planning, and cost control

- Current Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or strong Senior Supervisor ready to step up
