I am looking to recruit a proven Sous Chef to join this highly successful restaurant & bar group in Central London and continue the company’s success to date. The company operates several premium restaurant & bars in Central London and is proud to be an award-winning fresh food company with consistently high standards of both food and service.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service, ensuring the high brand standards are always adhered to, and helping to manage the team of 12 Chefs while being able to take on the Head Chef duties in the absence of the Head Chef. This is a very busy operation and requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment catering for up to 400 covers daily. Experience dealing with high volumes of business within a structured branded background is essential for this role.
Package for Senior Sous Chef:
- A starting package of up to £48,000 per annum including tronc
