This well established Portuguese brasserie is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating modern Portuguese cuisine and there is a strong focus on using the best Portuguese products available.

As Sous Chef I would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers. experience at with Italian dining is not essential for this role but obviously this would be an advantage.
