• You\’re a confident Sous Chef with experience in premium gastropubs or restaurants
• You\’ve got high standards and take pride in quality, consistency, and presentation
• You\’re a natural leader and motivator – calm under pressure and positive on the pass
• You understand stock control, food margins, health & safety, and team training
• You\’re driven to step up when needed, and hungry to grow into a Head Chef role
