An iconic London venue is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join its small skilled team of three pizza chefs, including one senior, to create sourdough pizzas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a high‑profile, fast‑paced operation serving up to 200–250 pizzas per day.
- Key Details
- Initial 3‑month contract – may be extended.
- Currently closed Mondays and Tuesdays (may change).
- Service hours typically 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm/9:00 pm.
- Contracted to 38 hours per week (expected 45–50).
- Senior Pizza Chef rate: £18.16 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high‑quality sourdough pizzas using premium ingredients.
- Hand‑stretch dough and work with pre‑prepared sourdough pizza balls.
- Operate a traditional wood‑burning oven.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork.
About You
- Proven experience as a pizza chef in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong skills in hand‑stretching dough and working with wood‑fired ovens.
