We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a dynamic hospitality & events kitchen within a prestigious corporate site in the heart of the City. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations for hospitality and event services
  • Leading and motivating the team, ensuring top-quality execution
  • Contributing to the development of fresh, seasonal, and innovative menus
  • Ensuring all food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
  • Working closely with FOH and events teams for smooth service delivery

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in events, fine dining, or premium hospitality
  • Calm under pressure with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about quality food, attention to detail, and seasonal ingredients
  • Comfortable with varied service styles – from plated fine dining to large canapé events
  • Well-organised, punctual, and team-focused
