An award-winning gastro pub in South West London is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its established and talented kitchen brigade. Working alongside the senior kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering modern British cuisine to a 2 AA Rosette standard, with a strong emphasis on exceptional seasonal British produce, quality ingredients and consistently high standards.

The Ideal Candidate
As Senior Sous Chef, you will be an experienced and hands-on chef with strong leadership and communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen environment. You should have solid experience across all aspects of kitchen management, including:
- Menu development and costing
- Stock control and stock taking
- Staff rotas
- Cleaning and HACCP schedules
